Founder and Director : S. Mackenzie Glander-Dolo, PhD

Mackenzie Glander-Dolo grew up in West Africa in an expatriate family and worked overseas as an educator, starting programs in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as the U.S. and Switzerland.  With involvement in numerous non-profit agencies, she understands the realities under which they operate, and she is passionate about supporting non-profits so they can focus on their goals.  She successfully finished a PhD in Human and Organization Development at Fielding Graduate University in 2010 with an emphasis in international development and technology deployment.

Managing Consultant: Michele Vincente

Michele Vincente

Michele Vincente, along with running his own consulting firm, Alvana Business Consulting, partners with Global PlanIt to vision, network, and seek funding sources for the Prem-U project in Mali, West Africa.  He is currently working on his PhD in Human and Organization Systems at Fielding Graduate University.  He lives in Vancouver, Canada with numerous European and North American contacts.
